  1. i reserve the right to deny a buyer for any reason

  2. the only item given is digital, which means no prints and nothing will be shipped!

  3. i can accept paypal and cashapp

  4. full payment is up front, the money wont be used until the piece is complete so theres always the possibility of refund

  5. purchased artwork from me is not permitted to be used for NFTs or other things like that

  6. once color is added, refunds are not applicable anymore (since it would be almost finished at that stage. refunds any point before are acceptable though!)

  7. major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase, and i wont do big revisions after the sketch has been confirmed

  8. i typically dont delete files, so if you end up losing it i MOST LIKELY still have it somewhere, or uploaded some place. in the off chance that i dont have the file either, i cant issue a refund for a completed piece

  9. i retain the right to use the artwork as an example for future commissions

wont draw

  • heavy gore

  • nsfw/suggestive

  • overly complex characters/backgrounds

  • hate speech/political shit

  • humans/ferals (for now)
